Barbara has gained the expertise, empathy, compassion and experience necessary to assist individuals in finding private, efficient, and affordable solutions to their domestic disputes outside of court.

Barbara has found that Mediation, Collaborative Law, and other out-of-court dispute resolution options can produce better outcomes for her clients. Additionally, she’s learned from assisting clients from a wide range of backgrounds that Mediation can be better suited for people who have different or unique needs. Barbara takes approaches that encourage mutual respect between the parties, resulting in a positive future cycle for the parties and avoids costly litigation.

Barbara was the former owner of Nason Divorce Solutions, LLC, a well-known mediation and dispute resolution practice.
